Constructing a Comprehensive Care Facility
Our involvement in this multi-phased project signifies an endeavor aimed at constructing a state-of-the-art facility catering to diverse needs. Comprising 177 Long Term Care (LTC) beds, and an Adult Day Service (ADS) program serving 100 clients, along with a community hub and underground parking, this project embodies a holistic approach to care provision. Our responsibility entailed the construction and installation of the supporting structure, intended to be enveloped in aluminum longboard for the exterior balconies and first-level overhang.
Navigating Through Phases: A Testament to Adaptability
Executed across three distinct phases, our team meticulously constructed, insulated, and installed over 50,000 sq.ft of space. Each phase represented a crucial step toward realizing the overarching vision of this comprehensive care facility. Our adaptive approach allowed us to seamlessly transition between phases, ensuring continuity and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
